Note: Because of health issues we have had to put many of our travel plans on hold and Ol' Don is no longer holding workshops though we still hope to do some traveling. Please check back occasionally to see when/if we will be able to resume our travels and where we might be going (see our planned schedule below). We hope to see many of you somewhere on down the road.

Though Ol' Don and Sandie have cut back from their carving workshop schedule of previous years to spend a little more time just relaxing at home, they stiill plan to be as active as health issues permit and spend some time in some of the campgrounds around the country.

Our 2013 tentative schedule includes:

Several major carving events; The Charlotte, North Carolina show, the International Congress in Iowa, The Carv-Fest in Faribault, Minnesota, the GOW (Gathering of Woodcarvers) reunion in Illinois and, of course, the Artistry in Wood show in Dayton, Ohio in November. We will also be returning to the Huntsville, Alabama show this Fall. As far as "vacation" type trips, we plan to see both sides of the Mississippi this year from the headwaters to the Delta.

We are now members of the international Good Sam campers' organization and belong to the Lawrenceburg, TN "Davy Crockett" chapter.

We plan to participate in several chapter camping get togethers this year as well as attending some of the "Samborees" in surrounding states.
